Práce pojednává o historii, rozšíření a pěstování meruněk, jejich škůdcích a cho-robách, nejznámějších odrůdách, produktech a způsobech konzervace. The thesis deals with the history, spread and the cultivation of apricots, the pests and diseases that afflict apricot, and the most widely cultivated varieties, the most oft-en prepared products as well as the most often used methods of preservation.
