Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována obecně typizaci a typizačním metodám, především rozdělení těchto metod, jejich popisu a také kritériím pro vhodný výběr typizačních metod. Významná část bakalářské práce se zabývá potravinovými patogeny řadícími se do čeledi Arcobacteraceae. Závěrečná část práce hodnotí typizační metody, které se zaměřují na typizaci Arcobacter-like bakterií.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to general typing and typing methods, especially the division of these methods, their description and also the criteria for the appropriate selection of typing methods. A significant part of the thesis deals with emerging food pathogens belonging to the family Arcobacteraceae.
