Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením jednoduchého a srozumitelného nástroje pro analýzu NGS dat s opraveným dvoubodovým zlomem, který může být použit i uživateli bez hlubších znalostí informatiky. Abstract:
This thesis deals with creating a comprehensive and easy to use tool, which can be used by users non familiar with informatics to analyse NGS data with repaired double-strand break. The created tool – a computational pipeline – enables users to analyze and clearly visualize processed input data.
