Diplomová práce popisuje a analyzuje legislativní vývoj nájemního práva v českých zemích. V historickém kontextu se zabývá změnami, jimiž byly jednotlivé právní úpravy dotčeny, a to v časové posloupnosti od počátků feudalismu až do dnešní doby. This thesis describes and analyses the legislative development of rental law in Czech lands. It names chronologically the changes which affected individual legislation from feudalism to the present.
