Práce shrnuje výsledky zkoumání působení ultrazvuku a nízkých koncentrací vinca alkaloidů vinkristinu a vinblastinu na mikrotubuly HeLa buněk. Abstract:
The effect of ultrasound and low concentrations of Vinca alkaloids vincristine and vinblastine on microtubule network of HeLa cells was evaluated in the present study. We targeted especially the range of damage of microtubules by cytostatic agents, the dependence on time period of incubation and also the estimation of microtubuls´ reparation and damage of microtubules by ultrasound.
