Stanovení kolagen vazebné kapacity von Willebrandova faktoru (VWF) se řadí mezi speciální testy v diagnostice von Willebrandovy choroby. Používá se k vyšetření funkční aktivity VWF, přesněji odráží schopnost VWF vázat se na kolagen. Právě typ zvoleného kolagenu hraje při vyšetření důležitou roli. Abstract:
Determination of collagen binding capacity of von Willebrand´s factor (VWF) ranks among special tests in the diagnosis of von Willebrand´s disease. It is used to examine the functional activity of VWF, more accurately reflects the ability of VWF to bind to collagen.
