Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na celkovou analýzu logistických procesů ve vybrané firmě. Zaměřuje se především na skladování a následně na modernizaci stávajících skladových prostor. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je důležitý teoretický základ potřebný pro další část práce. Druhou část tvoří část aplikační, která se zaměřuje a analyzuje současný stav skladování. Následně probíhá zhodnocení současného nevyhovujícího stavu a návrh nových možností v areálu vybrané firmy. Zaměřujeme se na možnosti modernizace skladových prostor, jejich možné využití a navýšení kapacity. Dále je zpracována technická a výkresová dokumentace, ve které jsou nové návrhy pro tyto sklady. Na základě nových návrhů a jejich následnému vyhodnocení posoudíme možné využití ve vybrané firmě.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the overall analysis of logistics processes in a selected company. It focuses mainly on storage and subsequently on the modernization of existing warehouse space. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, where the theoretical basis needed for the next part of the work is important. The second part consists of the application part, which focuses and analyzes the current state of storage. Subsequently, the current unsatisfactory condition is evaluated and new options are proposed in the premises of the selected company. We focus on the possibilities of modernizing warehouse space, their possible use and increasing capacity. Furthermore, technical and drawing documentation is prepared, in which there are new designs for these warehouses. Based on new proposals and their subsequent evaluation, we will assess the possible use in the selected company.
