Práce se věnuje výskytu genů antibiotické resistence v průběhu biokonverze mrvy larvou Hermetia illucens. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na využívání antibiotik ve společnosti, mechanismy vzniku antibiotické rezistence a způsobů šíření genů za ni odpovědných. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the occurrence of antibiotic resistance genes during the bioconversion of manure by the larva Hermetia illucens. The theoretical part focuses on the use of antibiotics in society, the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance and ways of spreading the genes responsible for it.
