Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou asistenta pedagoga na základní škole u žáka s lehkým mentálním postižením. Teoretická část práce pojednává o terminologickém pojetí mentálního postižení, jeho etiologii a klasifikaci. Dále se věnuje psychologickým zvláštnostem a diagnostikou žáka s lehkým mentálním postižením. Práce se také zabývá edukací žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami se zaměřením na lehké mentální postižení. Zmínka je o možnostech vzdělávání, specifik, aktuálních legislativních dokumentech a o speciálněpedagogických poradenských službách. Teorie zahrnuje také podpůrná opatření využívající při dosahování vzdělávacích cílů žáka s lehkým mentálním postižením. Dále seznamuje s rolí, pracovní náplní, osobností a kompetencemi asistenta pedagoga a věnuje se jeho spoluprací s žákem s lehkým mentálním postižením, s jeho spolužáky ve třídě, rodiči a všemi učiteli. Výzkumná část práce využívá kvalitativní výzkum. Pomocí výzkumné techniky rozhovoru byly porovnány teoretické informace o asistentu pedagoga s názory a pohledy na tuto profesi asistentů pedagoga z praxe.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the issue of teaching assistant of pupil with mild mental impairment at elementary school. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the terminological concept of mental disability, its etiology and classification. It also devotes to the psychological specialties and diagnostics of pupils with mild mental impairment. The thesis deals with the education of pupils with special educational needs with a focus on mild mental impairment. The thesis mentions the possibilities of education, specifics, current legislative documents and special educational counselling services. The theory also includes supportive measures used to during achieving the educational goals of a pupil with mild mental impairment. There are also the role, workload, personality and competencies of teaching assistant and it deals with cooperation with pupil with mild mental impairment, classmates, parents and all teachers. The research part uses qualitative research. Using the interview technique, the theoretical information about the teaching assistant was compared to the views and opinions of teaching assistants with practise on this profession.
