Analysis of Information intended for the Public in the Emergency Planning Zone

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá informacemi určenými veřejnosti v zóně havarijního plánování Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána struktura havarijních plánů jak vnějšího, tak vnitřního, legislativa, metodické poznatky komunikace s veřejností. V praktické části je představena Jaderná elektrárna Dukovany a její okolí a vytvoření dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na osoby žijící v zóně havarijního plánování elektrárny, následně je provedena analýza získaných informací. V poslední části jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení poskytování informací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with public information within the emergency planning zone of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the structure of emergency plans, both external and internal, legislation, methodological insights into public communication. In the practical part, the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant and its surroundings are introduced, along with the creation of a questionnaire survey intended for individuals living in the plant's emergency planning zone. Subsequently, an analysis of the obtained information is conducted. In the final section, recommendations for improving information provision are proposed.
