Předkládaná diplomová pojednává o deficitech práva na přístup k soudu v českém soudnictví. Autorka zkoumá, jak je toto základní právo upraveno v zákonech, které regulují soudní řízení před civilními a správními soudy České republiky. This diploma thesis examines deficiencies in the right of access to a court in the Czech judiciary. Firstly, the author studies regulation of this fundamental right in law adjustment of judicial proceedings in Czech civil and administrative courts.
