"Green" cars: an inseparable part of an environmental stategy of the companies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast environmentální politiky společně s hodnocením postavení ekologických vozů na českém trhu. Obsah práce se soustředí na minimalizování negativních dopadů na environment ze strany výrobců osobních automobilů. Úvodní část je věnována environmentální politice zaměřené na ochranu ovzduší a klima. Součástí první části je také legislativa a nástroje environmentální politiky. Po této části se práce zaměřuje na automobilový průmysl a jeho regulaci, technické inovace a alternativní pohony. V poslední části je představena nabídka ekologických vozidel jednotlivých producentů osobních automobilů v České republice, je zde provedena případová studie týkající se environmentální strategie společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s., dotazníkové šetření týkající se zájmu o ekologické vozy a v neposlední řadě je zde provedeno zhodnocení investice ekologického vozu s alternativním pohonem.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is focused on the field of the environment together with the evaluation of the ecological cars positioning on Czech market. The content of this diploma thesis is oriented on minimizing of the negative impacts on the environment from the car producer point of view. The introduction deals with the development of environmental politics focused on the climate protection. In the first section there is the legislation and the instruments of the environmental politics. After this part, is the thesis followed by the car industry and its regulation, technical innovations and alternative propulsion. Final section introduces the offer of ecological cars of every automotive brand in Czech Republic. In the final part there is also the study case of ŠKODA AUTO Company concerning the environmental strategy, the questionnaire research concerning of the demand for ecological cars and last but not least there is a calculation of the ecological car investment.
