Determining the level of endurance abilities football players - amateurs
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval problematikou vytrvalostních schopností. Na základě zjištěných údajů Cooperova testu aplikovaného na hráčích fotbalu kategorie staršího dorostu a mužů jsem se snažil zjistit úroveň vytrvalostních schopností a připravenost dorosteneckých fotbalistů na amatérský fotbal po vytrvalostní stránce.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, I dealt with the issue of endurance abilities. Based on the collected data Cooper test applied to football players Category junior and men, I tried to find out the level endurance abilities and readiness of junior amateur footballers on football after endurance abilities.
