Determinants of the development of rental and residential property prices in Prague
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je objasnění, jaké ekonomické ukazatele mají významný vliv na vývoj cen pronájmu a rezidenčních nemovitostí. V regresním modelu jsme využili analýzu 4 proměnných – úrokovou sazbu, mzdy, nezaměstnanost a inflaci. Měsíční data sledují období od února 2014 do června 2018. The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify which economic indicators have a significant effect on the development of rental prices and the value of non-commercial real estate.
