Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá velmi aktuálním a neustále se vyvíjejícím tématem, kterým je kontrola kriminality mládeže. V práci se autorka soustředila na deskripci vývoje kriminality mládeže, její možnou prevenci a represi. V dané problematice se autorka formou empirického šetření snaží o poznání současného stavu kriminality dětí a mladistvých a zjištění povědomí mládeže o možné prevenci.

The diploma thesis deals with an actual and constantly evolving topic, which is the control of juvenile delinquency. The author is focusing on the description of the development of juvenile delinquency, its possible prevention and repression.
