In this bachelor's thesis, we will consider the features of the functioning of a bilingual company in the Czech Republic. To do this, we will analyze the legislation of the Russian Federation and of the Czech Republic and then compare them with each other. V dané bakalářské práci se podíváme na odlišnosti fungování dvojjazyčné firmy v Česku. K tomu budeme analyzovat legislativu Ruské federace a České republiky, které dále porovnáme. Poté se budeme věnovat tématu ruskojazyčného podnikání v České republice. K tomu popíšeme cílové skupiny rusky mluvících imigrantů a ruskojazyčného podnikání v Česku.
