Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského záměru na založení nové společnosti. Kvalitně zpracovaný podnikatelský záměr je prvním předpokladem úspěšnosti podnikání. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající sítotiskovou tiskárnu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty všechny informace a fakta nutná k realizaci podnikatelského plánu. Tyto informace jsou využity v aplikační části k vytvoření skutečného podnikatelského plánu, jehož cílem je ověření životaschopnosti podnikání a návratnosti investice, jakož i schopnosti splácet cizí kapitál.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for a new company. A well-prepared business plan is first condition business success. The aim of this thesis is processing a business plan for emerging screen printers. In the theoretical part are summarized all the information and facts needed to implement the business plan. This information is used in the application part to create a real business plan, which aims to verify the viability of the business and return on investment, as well as the ability to repay foreign capital.
