Enterprise Strategy from A to Z

Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je strategie podnikaní drobných podnikatelů a živnostníků. Jsou důležitou součástí infrastruktury každé vyspělé ekonomiky. V teoretické části popisuji všeobecné informace živnostenského podnikání. Vysvětluji např. výhody a nevýhody živnostenského podnikání, předpoklady úspěchu začínajícího podnikatele, důležitost strategického řízení firmy a podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části aplikuji tyto všeobecné informace na jednoduchém příkladu založení podniku – obchodu. V popisné části formuluji podnikatelský záměr, předmět podnikání, marketingovou strategii a analýzu silných a slabých stránek. V číselné části uvádím soupis nákladů provozovny, rozpočet příjmů a výdajů a výkaz cash flow.

Abstract:

The contents of bachelor final thesis is a strategy of entrepreneurship of small enterprisers and tradesmen. They are important component of infrastructure of each high economy. I´m describing generally information about tradesmen´s entrepreneurship in the theoretical part. I explain for example advantages and disadvanteges of tradesmen´s entrepreneurship, the premise of succes of beginning enterpriser, importance of strategy and prospectus. I apply these generally informations to simple example of setting up an enterprise in the practical part. Then I make prospectus, subject of enterprise, marketing strategy and the analyse of strong points and weak points in the next part. Then I introduce a schedule of costs of establishment, sales and revenues budget and cash flow statement in the last part.
