Abstract:
Inovační nástroje jsou analyzovány a podporovány na různých úrovních vlád. Práce se zaměřuje na jejich souhrnné zachycení, porovnání a hodnocení. Výběr nástrojů inovací sleduje možnost postihnout charakteristické, strukturní, regionální a obsahové vlastnosti. Abstract:
Instruments supporting innovation are being analysed and supported at all different governmental levels. This thesis aims at a complex capturing, analysis, comparison and evaluation of these instruments. The instruments were chosen with the purpose to illustrate their typical structural and regional features with the underlying focus on their content.
