Creative Writing using German Expressionist Poetry for Level B1 (CEFR)

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with creative writing using German expressionist poetry for level B1 (CEFR). There is worked both theoretically and practically. The theoretical part of this master thesis provides the reader an overview of the epoch of expressionism. Moreover, this part also focuses on the description of language levels according to The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Above all, the language level B1 is introduced here. Then the processing of creative writing follows, which is mainly used in the practical part. Creativity and creative writing are defined, creative writing methods are also given. The practical part of this master thesis is focused on the creation of the own creative analysis. A compound lesson is created here, which includes eleven parts, each with different activities. These are activities in which the creativity and the creative writing are used, they are determined just for B1 learners and in all the activities is used the same German expressionist poem “Weltende” from Jakob van Hoddis.

Abstract:

Tato magisterská práce se zabývá kreativním psaním za pomoci lyriky německého expresionismu pro studenty na německé jazykové úrovni B1 (SERR). Je zde pracováno jak teoreticky, tak prakticky. Teoretická část této magisterské práce poskytuje čtenářům přehled o epoše expresionismu. V této části je zahrnuta i charakteristika společného evropského referenčního rámce pro jazyky, především je představena jazyková úroveň B1. Následuje zpracování problematiky kreativního psaní, které je často používáno v praktické části. Praktická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na tvorbu vlastní kreativní analýzy. Je zde vytvořena kombinovaná lekce kreativního psaní, která se skládá z jedenácti částí, kde každá část přináší různé aktivity. Jedná se o aktivity, při kterých je používána právě kreativita a kreativní psaní. Tyto aktivity jsou určeny pro B1 studenty a všechny pracují se stejnou německou expresionistickou básní „Weltende“ od Jakoba van Hoddise.
