Contentment of Clients with Services at Retirement Home Přerov

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sociálních služeb pro seniory a na zjištění spokojenosti klientů se službami Domova pro seniory Přerov. Teoretická část je orientována na základní pojmy, které úzce souvisí s danou problematikou. Jednotlivé kapitoly a podkapitoly se zaměřují na pojmy stárnutí a stáří, sociální služby orientované na seniory a charakteristiku příspěvkové organizace Sociálních služeb města Přerova. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část bakalářské práce. Tato část pomocí kvantitativní výzkumné strategie, konkrétně za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, má za cíl zjistit spokojenost klientů se službami Domova pro seniory Přerov.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the area of social services for retirees and the research on the satisfaction of the clients of Retirement Home Přerov. The theoretical part is focused on basic concepts that are closely related to the issue. Individual chapters and subchapters focus on basic terms e.g. the issue of ageing, old age, social services provided to the retirees and the characteristics of the funded organization Social services of Přerov city. The theoretical part is followed by the research part of the thesis. This part of the thesis using quantitative research strategy, specifically questionnaire, which aims to find out the level of satisfaction of the retirees staying in the Retirement Home Přerov.
