Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou nároky kupujícího z vad zboží dle úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Autor úvodem vymezuje metody zpracování práce a cíle, kterých chce dosáhnout. Celá stať je členěna do tří hlavních kapitol. První vymezuje pojem vadné plnění a proces reklamace. V druhé kapitole se autor zabývá teoretickým rozborem nároků kupujícího v režimu Vídeňské úmluvy. The topics of this bachelor thesis are buyer's claims for nonconforming goods under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale (CISG). By the beginning sets the author methods of the work and the objectives he wants to achieve. The whole thesis is subsequently divided into three main chapters.
