Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti ČSOB Pojišťovna, a. s., jeho strukturou a kvalitou. První část vymezuje teoretická východiska problematiky odměňování a zaměstnaneckých výhod, vyjmenovává druhy zaměstnaneckých výhod a stručně uvádí daňový dopad jednotlivých výhod pro zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. The topic of the thesis is the employee benefits package at CSOB Pojišťovna a. s., it's structure and how attractive it is for potential and current employees.
