Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce Stres a osobnost učitele se zabývá stresem a jeho vlivem na osobnost učitele s přihlédnutím na odlišnosti a možnosti českého a rakouského prostředí. V teoretické části jsou definovány hlavní pojmy problematiky stresu. Tato část se zabývá příznaky stresového stavu, reakcí na stres a fázemi stresu. Specifikuje osobnost učitele a popisuje faktory jeho pracovní zátěže. Objasňuje pojem zdraví a uvádí vliv stresu na tělesné zdraví a psychický stav. Dále popisuje současný model programu podporujícího zdraví ve školách, který je součástí inovace vzdělávání. Seznamuje se systémem vzdělávání a profesní přípravy učitelů v České republice a v Rakousku. Zabývá se také praktickými návody a možnostmi jak stresu předejít, uvádí postupy a praktiky, které lze uplatnit, když už se ve stresu nacházíme. Těžištěm praktické části diplomové práce je výzkum, který byl proveden u učitelů několika základních škol v České republice a v Rakousku. K výzkumu byly zvoleny dva dotazníky, Misterův dotazník a Tobinův dotazník, které se zaměřují na výzkum subjektivního prožívání a hodnocení míry pracovní zátěže. Získané údaje z dotazníkového šetření byly zpracovány a vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The thesis called „Stress and teacher´s personality“ deals with stress and its influence on the personality of a teacher, taking into account the possibilities of differences of the Czech and Austrian environment. The theoretical part describes the main terms of stress. This part deals with the symptoms of stress condition, responses to stress and the phases of stress. The personality of the teacher is specified and the factors of his workload described. Further, the thesis explains the concept of health and identifies the impact of stress on physical health and mental condition. It also describes the current model of a program promoting health in schools, which is part of education innovation. It shows the system of professional training of teachers in the Czech Republic and Austria. The thesis deals with practical instructions and ways to prevent stress, it describes procedures and ways that can be applied when we already are in stress. The thesis focuses on the research, which was carried out at several elementary schools in Czech Repulic and Austria. In this research there were two questionnaires chosen, Mister´s and Tobin´s questionnaire focusing on the subjective experience and assessment of the workload. The data obtained from the survey were processed and evaluated.
