Tato práce pojednává o problematice státního dozoru nad územní samosprávou v České republice a pokouší se navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu systému dozoru. Za tímto účelem je využita komparační analýza právních úprav v České a Slovenské republice. This thesis deals with state supervision of territorial self-government in the Czech Republic and tries to conceptualize prepositions for further improvement of current system of supervision.
