The municipality as a public guardian
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je obec jako veřejný opatrovník. V bakalářské práci lze nalézt pojmy související s výkonem této agendy, postupy ustanovení obce do funkce veřejného opatrovníka, omezení svéprávnosti a také povinnosti veřejného opatrovníka. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na názory jednotlivých zástupců obcí k výkonu funkce veřejného opatrovníka a s ním spojené problematiky.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Municipality as a public guardian. In the bachelor's thesis you can find terms related to the performance of this agenda, the procedures for appointing the municipality to the position of public guardian, restrictions on self-determination and the duties of a public guardian.
