The insolvency proceedings and SMEs

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci řešena problematika Insolvenčního řízení malého a středního podniku. Cílem práce je sestavit užitečný přehled pro každého podnikatele. Teoretická část je věnovaná právní upravě insolvenčního řízení. Zahrnuje historii insolvenčního řízení, podstatu i cíl insolvenčního zákona, úpadek jeho příčiny a způsoby řešení, subjekty insolvenčního řízení a jeho fáze. V praktické části se rozebírají problemové aspekty insolvenčního řízení a spojené s nimi případy. Pak se zabývá statistikou insolvenčních návrhu a sleduje rozdíly v počtu insolvence podle krajů a odvětví za období fungování zákonu. Uzávěrem praktické části je řešení příkladu na odhad hrozícího úpadku za pomoci bankrotniho modelu.

Abstract:

In the thesis dealt with an insolvency proceeding SME. The aim is to build a useful overview for every entrepreneur. The theoretical part is devoted to the legal regulation of insolvency proceedings. Includes history of the insolvency proceedings, the nature and purpose of the insolvency law, causes of bankruptcy and solutions, operators of insolvency proceedings and its phases. In the practical part we discuss problematic aspects of insolvency proceedings and cases associated with them. Then deals with statistics insolvency petition and monitors differences in the number of insolvencies by region and sector for the period operation of the law. Closure of the practical part is to solve the practical estimation impending bankruptcy with the help of bankruptcy model.
