Bakalářská práce se věnuje zákonu č. 112/2016 Sb., o evidenci tržeb, jeho implementaci, náročnosti zavedení a jeho vlivu na podnikání v ČR. Cílem této práce bylo na základě provedené analýzy zjistit konkrétní dopady zavedení EET, mj. i na daňovou povinnost zvoleného podniku.
