Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je proces zavedení ISO normy 9001:2009 ve firmě Ing. Jan Osička. Teoretická část práce je zpracována z literárních poznatků o řízení jakosti, a zavedení systému jakosti dle normy 9001:2009. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu systému managementu jakosti firmy a návrhem postupu zavedení zmiňované normy do chodu firmy.
Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis, the introduction of ISO standard 9001:2009 in company Ing. Jan Osička. The theoretical part is drawn from the literary knowledge of quality manage-ment and quality system implementation according to the standard 9001:2009.
