Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řešení finančních potíží domácností v České republice prostřednictvím finančního poradenství. Analyzuje příčiny zadlužení, jako je nízká finanční gramotnost či rizika nebankovních půjček, a navrhuje konkrétní postupy, například konsolidaci dluhů nebo optimalizaci rozpočtu, které mohou přispět k prevenci dluhových pastí. Práce kombinuje teoretický rozbor peněz, finančního trhu a role poradenství s praktickou analýzou tří modelových případů. Výsledky zdůrazňují efektivitu finančního poradenství, ale poukazují na systémové nedostatky, jako je nedostatečná regulace nebankovního sektoru a absence finančního vzdělávání. Práce doporučuje zavedení povinného finančního vzdělávání ve školách a zvýšení dostupnosti poradenství pro zranitelné skupiny.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on addressing the financial difficulties of households in the Czech Republic through financial advisory services. It analyzes the causes of indebtedness, such as low financial literacy and risks associated with non-bank loans, and proposes specific measures, including debt consolidation and budget optimization, to prevent debt traps. The thesis combines a theoretical examination of money, the financial market, and the role of financial advisory with a practical analysis of three model cases. The findings highlight the effectiveness of financial advisory but point to systemic shortcomings, such as inadequate regulation of the non-bank sector and the absence of financial education. The thesis recommends introducing mandatory financial education in schools and enhancing the accessibility of advisory services for vulnerable groups.
