Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnaneckých výhod a jeho vlivem na motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je analýza stávajícího systému zaměstnaneckých výhod v dané společnosti, identifikace jeho silných a slabých stránek a navržení vhodných opatření, jejichž realizace povede ke zvýšení účinnosti systému. The thesis deals with the topic of employee benefits and its influence on employee motivation and satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current system of employee benefits in particular company, to identify its strengths and weaknesses and to formulate appropriate measures in order to increase the efficiency of the system.
