Determining the Causes of Fires

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se na základě provedené analýzy sil a prostředků požární stanice Olomouc zabývá návrhem opatření ke zlepšení aktuálního stavu v kontextu zjišťování příčin požárů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na právní předpisy v oblasti požární ochrany, na stručný přehled pojmového aparátu v oblasti zjišťování příčin požárů, na jednotky požární ochrany společně s Hasičským záchranným sborem České republiky. Dále pak obsahuje charakteristiku současného stavu zjišťování příčin požárů v Olomouckém kraji, která je doplněna statistikou počtu požárů za určité období. Část praktická se zabývá současně dostupným měřícím zařízením teploty ve výbavě oddělení zjišťování příčin požárů požární stanice Olomouc při stanovování kriminalistických ohnisek. Následná část praktické části závěrečné práce popisuje vytíženost jednotlivých vyšetřovatelů požárů v Olomouckém kraji a v neposlední řadě podle orientační analýzy sil a prostředků v souvislosti zjišťování příčin požárů jsou vypsány návrhy případných změn a opatření ke zlepšení aktuálního stavu práce vyšetřovatelů Olomouckého kraje.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal of measures to improve the current condition in the context of determining the causes of fire based on the analysis of forces and resources of the fire station Olomouc. The theoretical part is focused on legal regulations in the field of fire protection, on a brief overview of the conceptual apparatus in the area of determining the causes of fire and on fire protection units together with the fire department of the Czech Republic. It also contains a description of the current state of finding out the causes of fires in the Olomouc region, which is supplemented by statistics of the number of fires for a certain period. The practical part deals with the currently available temperature measuring device in the equipment of the department for determining the causes of fires at the Olomouc fire station in determining forensic outbreaks. The following part of the final work describes the workload of individual fire investigators in the Olomouc region and, last but not least, according to the indicative analysis of forces and resources in connection with determining the causes of fires are listed the proposals for possible changes and measures to improve the current state of work of investigators in the Olomouc Region.
