Retainment of the real-property rights
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám vydržením vlastnického práva k nemovitostem a zápisem těchto práv do katastru nemovitostí. Institut vydržení je v českém právním řádu upraven v § 134 občanského zákoníku. V této práci jsou také uvedeny druhy vlastnických žalob.
Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis deals with retainment of the real-property rights and the registration rights acquired as a result of endurance in the cadastre. The prescription in Czech legal system is governed by § 134 of the Civil Code. There are also identified forms of ownership claims.
