The Project of Increasing Employee Satisfaction in Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na vytvoření projektu vedoucího ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. První část práce byla složena z teoretických poznatků zabývajících se motivací a pracovní spokojeností. Účelem praktické části byla analýza současné situace spokojenosti zaměstnanců pomocí kvantitativní techniky sběru dat formou dotazníkového šetření. Tato metoda také pomohla k vyhodnocení stanovených výzkumných hypotéz. Na základě analytické části bylo sestaveno projektové řešení, které se skládalo z několika návrhů opat-ření ke zvýšení celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců, což bylo hlavním cílem. Projekt je na závěr podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze. Přínosem této práce je pro vybraný podnik nové pojetí možností vedoucích k efektivnějšímu personálnímu řízení.

Abstract:

This master thesis was focused on project creation linked to increased well-being of the selected company's employees. The first part of the thesis was composed of the theoretical findings, dealing with motivati-on and the satisfactory value of the job. The goal of the practical part was the analysis of the current level of the employees' well-being, using the quantitative data collection tech-niques through a questionnaire survey. This method also helped with the evaluation of re-search hypotheses. The solution of this project was based on the analytical part, which con-sisted of a number of proposed measures, that would lead to an overall increase, in the well-being of the employees, which was the main objective. Finally, the project is subjected to a cost, time and risk analysis. The benefit of this work is a new concept of possibilities, that would lead to a more effective personnel management for the chosen company.
