Abstract:

Diplomová práce poukazuje na význam tisku po roce 1989 na území okresu Ústí nad Labem, zabývá se jeho vztahy k předchozímu období, měnícími postupy práce a čtenářských témat i jejich bulvarizací, postupnou degradací redakcí od mnohočlennosti až k současné úspornosti. Mapuje novinový tisk v ústeckém okrese, vznik jednotlivých titulů, jejich existenci a zánik v čase, důvody, které k zániku vedly, proměny obsahu a formy informací, které poskytovaly, vztah k událostem i společnosti, kterých se týkaly a která je konzumovala. Též postupný vývoj redakcí, jejich personální a technické proměny. Ponejvíce ale popisuje dopodrobna každodennost redakcí a osoby redaktorů, aby co možná nejvíce umožnila pochopení měnících se podmínek, v nichž noviny od roku 1989 až do počátku pandemie covid-19 vznikaly a tak i snadnějšímu pochopení dění v ústecké společnosti ve stejném období.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis points out the importance of the press after 1989 in the Ústí nad Labem district, deals with its relations to the previous period, changing work procedures and reader topics as well as their bulvarization and gradual staff reduction in newspaper editorial offices. It maps the newspaper press in the Ústí district, the emergence of individual titles, their existence and demise over time, the reasons that led to their demise, changes in the content and form of the information they provided, the relationship to the events and the society they covered and which consumed them. Also personnel and technical changes in the editorial offices. But above all, it describes in detail the daily life of newsrooms and the person of the editors, so that it is possible to best understand the changing conditions in which newspapers were created from 1989 until the start of covid-19. pandemic, thereby facilitating the understanding of what was happening in the Ústí society at the same time.
