Rationalization of the Calculation System in Respect to the Pricing

Abstract:

General goal of this diploma thesis is rationalization of a calculation system. Thesis was worked out in the environment of a manufacturing company. First half on the thesis contains of literature retrievals in the area of managerial accounting. In the second part, using company data a new calculation system is elaborated. Costs are split into direct and indirect. Indirect costs were allocated using overhead rate. Current and adjusted calculation systems are tested on a product sample. Areas of research are cost structure, profitability and impact on pricing. In conclusion of the thesis, there is a summary of findings and outputs of the thesis.

Abstract:

Obecným cieľom diplomovej práce je racionalizácia kalkulačného systému. Práca je vypracovaná v prostredí výrobného podniku. Prvá polovica práce sa venuje rešerši odbornej literatúry v oblasti manažérskeho účtovníctva. V druhej polovici práce je na základe podnikových údajov vypracovaný upravený kalkulačný systém. Náklady boli rozdelené na priame a nepriame. Nepriame náklady boli alokované prirážkovou metódou. Súčasný a upravený kalkulačný systém je porovnaný na vzorke výrobkových reprezentantov. Skúmaný oblasťami sú štruktúra nákladov, ziskovosť a dopad na tvorbu ceny. V závere práce sú zhrnuté nadobudnuté poznatky a výstupy diplomovej práce.
