Scoping review on head injuries of MMA from the paramedic's view

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úrazů hlavy v bojových sportech pohledem zdravotnického záchranáře. Teoretická část je věnována popisu anatomické a fyziologické struktuře mozku, na kterou navazuje klasifikace dělení úrazů včetně specifických úrazů ve sportech a primární vyšetření těchto pacientů. Cílem teoretické části je popsat typy úrazů hlavy při sportech, jejich symptomy a léčebnou intervenci v rámci PNP. Praktická část je vypracována pomocí metody scoping review, jejímž cílem je popsat nejčastěji vyskytované úrazy hlavy v souvislosti s bojovými sporty včetně možnosti jejich identifikace v PNP pohledem zdravotnického záchranáře a předcházení jim v rámci prevence a ochranných pomůcek. Praktická část proběhla podle protokolu PRISMA.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of head injuries in combat sports from the perspective of a paramedic. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the anatomical and physiological structure of the brain, followed by the classification of the division of injuries, including specific injuries in sports and the primary examination of these patients. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the types of head injuries in sports, their symptoms and therapeutic intervention within the prehospital emergency care.The practical part is developed using the scoping review method, which aims to describe the most frequently occurring head injuries in the context of combat sports, including the possibility of their identification in the prehospital emergency care form the perspective of a paramedic and their prevention within the framework of prevention and protective equipment. The practical part was conducted according to the PRISMA protocol.
