Diplomová práce se zabývá služebním poměrem upraveným zákonem č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě. Služební poměr je zkoumán vždy v určitých časových úsecích. Těmito konkrétními časovými úseky je období před vznikem služebního poměru, samotný okamžik jeho vzniku, období trvání služebního poměru, jeho případné změny, až po jeho skončení. This thesis deals with the civil service employment regulated by Act No. 234/2014, on civil service. The civil service employmet is always examined at certain times. These specific periods of time are the period prior to the commencement of the service, the very moment of its establishment, the period of service, its possible changes, up to its termination.
