Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the economic and legal aspects of the 2007th crisis in USA and it's consequences. It gives a description of the business cycle, causes of the crisis and selected crises during the 19th and the 20th centuries; it compares the Great Depression with the Mortgage Crisis and analyzes anti-crisis measures of the Slovak and Czech governments. Táto diplomová práca pojednáva o ekonomických a právnych aspektoch krízy roku 2007 v USA a jej následkoch. Podáva deskripciu hospodárskeho cyklu, vzniku kríz a približuje priebeh vybraných kríz 19. a 20. storočia.
