Combat Material as an Object of Private Property

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vlastnictví bojové techniky v soukromoprávní oblasti ve všech jejích aspektech, tedy v aspektu bezpečnostním, správně právním, ale i aspektu kulturně historickém. Práce je členěna na tematické celky, pomocí kterých analytickou a deskriptivní metodou rozebírá jednotlivé otázky a kapitoly problematiky a vysvětluje jejich reálný dopad na praxi, čímž vytváří určitý návod pro jejich aplikaci a v části věnující se historicko-kulturnímu prvku v bojové technice filozofickou metodou pracuje s tématem.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with problematics of combat technique in civil law in all of its aspects, therefore its security aspects, administrative law aspects and also cultularly historical aspects. This thesis is structured into thematical chapters, in which it deals with particular topics and chapters of the issue with analalytical and descriptive method and it reflects its real impact, therefore it creates particular instruction manual. In chapter whitch deals with cultularly historical aspects in combat technique this thesis uses philosophique method to work with problematics.
