Diplomová práce se v teoretické části věnuje odvětví designu služeb, službám a designu služeb v knihovnách. Představuje Ústřední knihovnu Filozofické fakulty a její služby. The theoretical part of the Master thesis deals with service design, services and library service design. It introduces the Faculty of Arts Central Library and its services. It describes design service methods and tools.
