Road traffic accidents under the influence of addictive substances

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dopravních nehod pod vlivem návykových látek, příčinou, jejich vznikem a ovlivněním řidičů návykovými látkami. V první části je zaměřena na dopravní nehody a hlavní příčiny jejich vzniku. Je zmapováno, v jakých situacích silničního provozu ovlivní návyková látka řidiče nejvíce. Dále jsou popsány a rozebrány statistické údaje silničních dopravních nehod pod vlivem alkoholu a jiných návykových látek, počet nehod podle krajů a statistika nehodovosti vozidel motorových či nemotorových v souvislosti s návykovými látkami. Další částí bakalářské práce jsou situace, díky kterým se lidé uchýlí k řízení pod vlivem návykových látek. Druhá kapitola je věnována návykovým látkám a jejich členění. Zde jsou popsány jednotlivé návykové látky, jejich účinky na člověka potažmo na řidiče silničního dopravního prostředku. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány právní postihy a přestupky v souvislosti s návykovými látkami v silniční dopravě. Dále zdravotní důsledky spojené s nehodou pod vlivem návykových látek a jak se chová účastník po požití nelegálních a jiných látek neslučitelných s provozem silničních dopravních prostředků. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje osvětě a prevenci a možnému informování veřejnosti o závažnosti návykových látek v silniční dopravě. Poslední kapitola je praktickou částí bakalářské práce. Zkoumá odpovědi respondentů na otázky, jež jsou spojené s návykovými látkami v silniční dopravě, a další otázky, které s tematikou práce souvisejí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of traffic accidents under the influence of addictive substances, their cause, their occurrence and the influence of addictive substances on drivers. The first part focuses on traffic accidents and the main causes of their occurrence. In which road traffic situations addictive substances affect drivers the most. Furthermore, the statistics of road traffic accidents under the influence of alcohol and other addictive substances, the number of accidents by region and the statistics of accidents of motor or non-motor vehicles related to addictive substances are described and analysed. Another part of the bachelor thesis is the situations that make people resort to driving under the influence of addictive substances. The second chapter is devoted to addictive substances and its subdivisions. Here the different addictive substances are described, their effects on the person and consequently on the driver of the road vehicle. The third chapter describes the legal sanctions and offences related to addictive substances in road transport. Furthermore, the health consequences associated with an accident under the influence of addictive substances and the behaviour of the road user after the consumption of illegal and other substances incompatible with the operation of road vehicles. The fourth chapter focuses on education and prevention and how the public can be informed about the seriousness of substance abuse in road transport. The last chapter is the practical part of the bachelor thesis. It examines respondents' answers to questions related to addictive substances in road transport and other research questions chosen by the author.
