Etické řízení a jeho aplikace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo posoudit úroveň etického řízení v organizaci Prima Agri PT a.s. na základě analýzy vnitropodnikových dokumentů, dotazníkových šetření a rozhovoru s ředitelem společnosti. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že stávající ředitel společnosti je etickým leaderem - vzorem etického chování. Vhodná je podpora dalšími nástroji etického řízení, především etickým kodexem; v současné době není ve společnosti uplatňován. V rámci doporučení byl sestaven návrh etického kodexu a návrh jeho implementace. Dále bylo doporučeno určit osobu pověřenou řešit eticky problémové situace a zavést anonymní oznamovací linku (whistleblowing). Ta je na základě stávající legislativy EU povinná pro všechny společnosti nad 25 zaměstnanců. Výše jmenované nástroje etického řízení by měly přispět ke zkvalitnění vnitřního prostředí společnosti, zlepšení image a vnímání společnosti ze strany stakeholderů (dodavatelů, odběratelů, obce, úřadů, mediálních činitelů a veřejnosti).

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to assess the level of ethical management in the Prima Agri PT a. s. organization based on the analysis of internal documents, questionnaire surveys and an interview with the company director. The research found that the current company director is an ethical leader - a model of ethical behaviour. Support by other tools of ethical management, especially the Code of Ethics, is appropriate; it is not currently applied in the company. As part of the recommendations, a draft code of ethics and a proposal for its implementation have been drawn up. It was also recommended to designate a person in charge of dealing with ethically problematic situations and to introduce an anonymous reporting line (whistleblowing). This is mandatory for all companies with more than 25 employees under current EU legislation. The above-mentioned ethical management tools should contribute to the improvement of the company's internal environment and the image and perception of the company by stakeholders (suppliers, customers, municipalities, authorities, media and the public).
