Bakalářská práce se zabývá soudnictvím Evropských společenství a Evropské unie. Práce pojednává o Evropském soudním dvoru, Tribunálu a Soudu pro veřejnou službu. Začátek práce je věnován vývoji soudnictví a právnímu základu, ze kterého jednotlivé soudy při své činnosti vycházejí. Dále práce popisuje strukturu a složení jednotlivých soudů. The bachelor work deals with the court system of the European Community and European Union. The work talks about the European Court of Justice, Tribunal and the Court for Public Service. The beginning of the work is dedicated to jurisdiction development and law fundaments which create the basics of courts decisions.
