Abstract:
Teoretická část je zaměřena na zastoupení a funkci biogenních aminů v lidském těle, na výskyt v jednotlivých skupinách potravin a na souvislost příjmu biogenních aminů v potravě s medicínou a farmacií. Praktická část se zabývá zhodnocením skladby potravy tří pacientů, u kterých je možné riziko lékové interakce s biogenními aminy. K zjištění údajů o skladbě potravy byl použit 24-hodinový recall
Abstract:
The theoretical part is focused on the presence and function of biogenic amines in human body, incidence of biogenic amines in various food categories and link the consumption of biogenic amines in food to medicine and pharmacy.
