Indukované pluripotentné kmeňové bunky sú bunky definované vlastnosťou sebaobnovy a schopnosťou diferenciácie do všetkých troch zárodočných listov. Ich indukcia je závislá nielen na type zdrojových buniek, ale aj na použitom protokole reprogramácie.
