Leasing - from the point of view of taxation and book-keeping
Abstract:
Problematika leasingu je zde analyzována především z pohledu prostředků umožňujícím užívání věcí či práv, které jsou ve vlastnictví jiného subjektu a následně přenosu těchto vlastnických práv zachycených v účetnictví a v platných daňových zákonech.
Abstract:
The problem of leasing in this diploma work is analyzed in point of views which are able to use things or laws and which are propertied by another subject and this resulting transmission of property laws is recorded in accounting and laws of taxation.
