Ownership Restructuring of Firm and Regulation of Competition

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Vlastnická restrukturalizace podniku a ochrana hospodářské soutěže se zabývá restrukturalizací vlastnických vztahů v podobě integrace, formami integrace a porovnáním těchto forem. Dále je vymezen pojem hospodářská soutěž, soutěžitel, relevantní trh a ochrana hospodářské soutěže. Kapitola Ochrana hospodářské soutěže vymezuje formy zneužití hospodářské soutěže, dále pak dohody narušující soutěž, dominantní postavení a spojování soutěžitelů. Pozornost je též věnována právní úpravě na evropské i české úrovni.

Abstract:

This thesis Ownership Restructuring of the Firm and Protection of Economic Competition is focusing on the restructuring of ownership relations in the form of integration, forms of integration and comparison of these forms. Furthermore the term economic competition, competitor, relevant market and protection of economic competition is defined. The chapter Protection of Economic Competition defines the abuse of economic competition, agreements affecting competition, dominant position and merging of competitors. Attention is also paid to the European and Czech legislation regulation this matter.
