Abstract:
Práce analyzuje belgický federativní systém a jeho fungování v praxi. Zaměřuje se na historický kontext a představení federálních jednotek a principů jejich fungování. Je členěna na 4 kapitoly-teorii federalismu, historii Belgie, analýzu systému a analýzu politické krize. Cílem práce je zjistit, nakolik je za opakující se politické krize v zemi zodpovědný federativní systém.
Abstract:
This work analyses belgian federal system and his functioning in practice. It is focused on historical development and presenting of federal units. Work is composed from 4 parts- theory of federalism, history of Belgium, analysis of system and political crisis.
