Biodiversity of cyanobacteria and algae of selected water reservoirs in the natural park Manětínská
Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjištění biodiverzity a sezónní dynamiky mikroflóry ve vybraných stanovištích Přírodního parku Manětínská, Černý a Spankovský rybník. V práci jsou tyto lokality porovnány a získaná data z nádrží analyzována. Je zde uveden soupis zastoupení druhů sinic a řas vyskytujících se v nádržích.
Abstract:
Target of my bachelor study was to determine biodiversity and seasonal dynamics of microflora in the selected sites Manětínská Nature Park, Černý and Spankovský pond. In the work these localities are compared and the data obtained from these ponds analyzed. It contains a list of representative species of algae and cyanobacteria occurring in the tanks.
